Leadership Basics

In Practice builds on the internal work of Foundations of Leadership and moves participants into the external realities of leadership. The course focuses on accountability, communication, decision-making, team dynamics, and adaptive leadership strategies.

Participants practice applying their self-knowledge to guide others and manage real-world challenges. This course strengthens day-to-day leadership practice and prepares individuals to lead with purpose and adaptability.

Please note: Completion of Foundations of Leadership is required prior to enrolling in In Practice.
