CSEE Spoke – Clean Start for Equal Energy
From certified to contract-ready
CSEE is an eight-week accelerator with up to five months of follow-on coaching, designed for clean energy MWBEs in the Pioneer Valley who are certified (or near-certified) and technically capable, but haven't yet broken into government or anchor procurement.
The program helps participants build procurement readiness, including capability statements, registration in procurement systems, and connections to real contract opportunities — plus the business fundamentals to support that growth.
CSEE reflects E&BC's commitment to moving underrepresented clean energy businesses from capable to contract-ready, in partnership with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.
