Foundations of Leadership (Session 1, Practitioner Institute)

Foundations of Leadership

The Practitioner Institute is the second of three academic levels of the E&BC Miniversity. Session One: Foundations of Leadership is a two-day intensive for people already carrying responsibility for a team, a business, or a community.

The methodology is built on Dr. Molina-Brantley's doctoral research in personality-driven leadership. Not traits. Patterns. Not labels. Practice.

Each participant leaves with three artifacts authored in their own voice: a Leadership Development Plan, a named Risk Flag, and a First Investment committed within seven days.

Workforce Training Fund eligible. Through the state's Express Program, Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees can attend at no cost.
