LaunchPoint: SLAY (Skills in Leadership for Amplifying Youth)

SLAY is a project-based leadership program open to all youth and intentionally designed as a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ participants to explore identity, creativity, and leadership.  

Held over ten sessions across two semesters, participants explore leadership through real projects and real conversations. Whether you are building a business idea, creating something meaningful, or just finding your voice, SLAY gives you the tools, support, and space to grow with purpose.

Fall Sessions: September 25, October 9, October 23, November 6, November 20 

Spring Sessions: February 26, March 12, March 26, April 9, June 4  

Schedule: Biweekly Wednesdays 

Location: In person 

Length: 10 sessions across two semesters  

Fee: Free (application required) 

Enrollment Goal: 15 participants 

What to Expect: This is not just about learning leadership. It is about becoming the leader you already are. SLAY offers a creative and affirming space where LGBTQ+ youth explore identity, connection, and leadership through real-world practice and peer support.
