SLAY (Skills in Leadership for Amplifying Youth)

LaunchPoint: SLAY (Skills in Leadership for Amplifying Youth)

Lead with pride. Create what you imagine.

SLAY is a project-based leadership program designed as a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ youth alongside their peers. Participants collaborate on projects that blend creativity with the practical skills of building a business, while learning to lead with confidence and purpose.

The program culminates in a community-facing event where participants showcase their work, engage with vendors, and put their leadership and entrepreneurial learning into practice. In doing so, SLAY demonstrates how leadership and business development come together to prepare young people for lasting impact.
