Leadership Fundamentals 

The foundation of who you are and how you lead 

Leadership begins with self. This two-day course helps participants explore the personal dimensions of leadership, including communication, personality, emotional intelligence, and values, to better understand how they show up in the spaces they move through. 

Each participant leaves with a personalized leadership development plan that strengthens confidence and direction. As part of E&BC’s Train, Build, Connect framework, this course lays the groundwork for continued growth in leadership, workforce, and entrepreneurship.​

Program Details:

Cohort 1: February 18 and 19

Cohort 2: March 25 and 26

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM 

Location: In person 

Length: 2 Days 

Fee: $750 (limited scholarships available) 

Enrollment Goal: 20 participants per cohort
