Leadership Basics builds on the internal work of Leadership Fundamentals and moves participants into the external realities of leadership. The course focuses on accountability, communication, decision-making, team dynamics, and adaptive leadership strategies. 

Participants practice applying their self-knowledge to guide others and manage real-world challenges. This course strengthens day-to-day leadership practice and prepares individuals to lead with purpose and adaptability.​

Please note: Completion of Leadership Fundamentals is required prior to enrolling in Leadership Basics.

Program Details: 

Cohort 1: October 9 and 10 

Cohort 2: November 6 and 7 

Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM 

Location: In person 

Length: 2 Days 

Fee: $750 (limited scholarships available) 

Enrollment Goal: 20 participants per cohort 

Prerequisite: Completion of Leadership Fundamentals
