Our goal is to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary for your professional growth. Our Training and Development Programs are tailored to meet a variety of needs and goals. Here's an overview of our current programs:


RISE (Readiness in Skills and Employment)

RISE (Readiness in Skills and Employment)

RISE is an eight-week workforce readiness program for young adults preparing to enter or reenter the job market. The first four weeks take place in person with daily instruction and hands-on practice. The final four weeks include one-on-one coaching to support job placement and workplace success. With a focus on the food and hospitality industry, participants also build skills in emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and digital tools.
